Welcome, my name is Lauren.
I'm a certified birth and postpartum doula,
lactation educator, and proud mother of two.
My birth philosophy
I believe that beautiful, empowering births can happen anywhere—whether in a hospital, a birth center, or at home. What matters most is that you feel safe, supported, and confident in your choices. My role as your doula is to stand beside you with presence and purpose—offering consistent emotional, physical, and educational guidance as you journey into motherhood.
